HWE BHP Billiton Painting 2008

In August 2008 Robina was commissioned by HWE Mining to paint a combined future vision for a HWE and BHP Billiton mine planning team. The development process for the final work required a consideration of project outcomes, gaining an understandng of personal and team values as well as observation of project team dynamics over an 8 hour period. Robina incorporated these elements with her knowledge of the desert environment (shapes, colours and flora) to produce the final work, which was then presented to the team at the end of a 2-day team-building workshop.
